Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this site or order a Waian Tours planning and ticket-coordination package. By ordering, you accept these terms.

Independent coordination service

Waian Tours is an independent coordination service, not the Qasr Al Watan operator or official ticket website. We plan visit sequences, review ticket categories and requirements, and provide booking assistance. We cannot guarantee admission until the applicable official ticket is confirmed.

Packages, fees, and acceptance

Our service fees are $14.00 for Ticket Fit Check, $29.00 for Solo or Couple Visit Plan, $49.00 for Family Visit Plan, and $85.00 for Small Group Coordination. Your request becomes an accepted order only after we confirm the package, details, and payment arrangements. We may decline an incomplete or impractical request.

Customer-supplied details

You must provide accurate names, dates, visitor counts, age categories, contact information, and ticket details. Check our work promptly and tell us about errors before any third-party purchase.

Admission and third-party charges

Palace admission, transport, meals, accommodation, and other third-party purchases are separate from our service fee. Official prices, inventory, entry rules, and schedules are controlled by their providers and may change.

Dated tickets and availability

Official tickets are generally dated and intended for one-time entry. Use is subject to the current official terms. Official events, closures, or capacity decisions can affect access. A planning order or receipt does not itself grant palace entry.

Itinerary limits

An itinerary is practical guidance based on the details available when it is prepared. Travel time, queues, weather, closures, security requirements, and personal pace can change the visit.

Cancellations and refunds

Ask to cancel as soon as possible. If planning has not begun, we will review a service-fee refund request. Once tailored work has begun or been delivered, the completed portion may not be refundable. Third-party tickets follow the provider’s own change and refund rules.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or copy our site content for resale. You may use a delivered itinerary for the visitors named in your order; site text and design remain ours or our licensors’ property.

Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided with reasonable care, but we do not control palace operations or third-party systems. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or failures caused by customer errors, official closures, provider decisions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing terms and changes

These terms are interpreted under applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer rights. If one part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Updated terms apply to later orders from their stated effective date.
